OLIVER ALMADRO: I DIDN'T EXPECT TO MAKE THE FINALS WITH PETRO GAZZ RIGHT AWAY<br /><br />Petro Gazz head coach Oliver Almadro got emotional after his Angels defeated the PLDT High Speed Hiiters, 25-17, 25-23, 25-15, in Game Three of their best-of-3 semifinal series on March 23 in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference at the Mall of Asia Arena.<br /><br />Fighting off tears, Almadro, who coached Choco Mucho for three years, said he didn't expect to make the Finals with Petro Gazz in his first conference with the team. <br /><br />With their 2-1 semis win over the High Speed Hiiters, Almadro and the Angels will battle the defending champs Cool Smashers in the Finals .
