Footage shows the moment a tornado whipped through a steel plant in India as workers watched on in amazement.<br /><br />Onlookers at Bhilai Steel Plant in Chhattisgarh were forced to clear a path as the tornado made its way toward them.<br /><br />This video was filmed by scientist HP Chandra, of Raipur Meteorological Department, who said the twister was powerful enough to pull in a car.<br /><br />Witnesses claimed the tornado was over 200 feet tall.
