A man in Uttar Pradesh died after he wrote a grievance letter with his blood at Additional District Magistrate’s office in Ghaziabad’s Modinagar. <br /><br />While talking to ANI, ADM Ritu Suhas informed that the man in his letter had complained that his land that was occupied by some land grabbers. <br /><br />The medical team in the tehsil attended the man and later rushed him to a hospital in Meerut.
