The State is hoping to change the dynamics of the St. Jude's Home for Girls in the future.<br /><br /><br />The plan is to have it dedicated to children who are in need of care and protection.<br /><br /><br />Minister of Gender and Child Affairs Ayanna Webster-Roy made the announcement as she discussed the aged infrastructure and readiness of the home for licensing.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher tells us more.
