Workers at the Chaguaramas Development Authority are upset. They staged a protest on Tuesday morning, claiming they are being owed money for years, in addition to having a sub-par medical plan.<br /><br /><br />There are also accusations that employees are in an environment that's not conducive to safe and productive work.
