One of Peter Dutton's most senior frontbenchers has stopped short of declaring how he intends to vote in the referendum on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament despite being bound to campaign against it. As a Shadow Minister Paul Fletcher is required to abide by the liberal partyroom's decision to oppose the Voice throughout the campaign over the next six months.
