Aloo Pakora Written Recipe With Directions:<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />-Potatoes (Aloo) 4 Big 750 gms<br />-Corn flour 2 tbs<br />-All-purpose flour (Maida) 3 tbs<br />-Gram flour (baisan) 2 tbs<br />-Red chilli flakes (koti lal mirch) 1 tbs<br />-Salt (namak) ½ tbs or to taste<br />-Red chilli (lal mirch) powder ¼ tsp<br />-Cumin seeds (zeera) powder ½ tsp<br />-Green chillies (hari mirch) chopped 4<br />-Ginger garlic (lehsan adrak) paste 1 ½ tbs<br />-Fresh Coriander (hara dhania) chopped 2 tbs<br /><br />Directions:<br /><br />-Peel off the potatoes and grate them.<br />-Now wash them 2-3 times to remove all starch.<br />-In a bowl, add grated and washed potatoes, corn flour, all-purpose flour, gram flour, red chilli flakes, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, green chillies, ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander and mix well.<br />-In a wok, heat the cooking oil.<br />-Dip the hands in water and make a ball of mixture. Place the balls in heated oil and leave them for 2-3 minutes on medium to low flame. After 2-3 minutes, stir the spoon.<br />-Bring out the half fry pakora from the oil.<br />-Now place them on a board and press them gently with the palm of your hand or cut the pakoras in two halves. At this point, after cooling the half-cooked Pakora, you can store them for 2-3 days in an airtight jar in the refrigerator (don’t save them in the freezer).<br />-Again, fry the Pakora for 3 minutes on the medium-low flame from both sides until golden brown & crispy.<br />-Serve them with chutney or ketchup.<br /><br />Tips and Tricks:<br /><br />-For good binding of Pakora, use all-purpose flour instead of corn flour or gram flour.<br />------------------------------------<br /><br /><br /><br />About This Video:<br />In This Video I Am Going To Share With You iftar Special Aloo Pakora Recipe.
