Internal documents have exposed the extreme pressures facing some Queensland maternity services/hospitals. Documents obtained by the opposition paint a picture of a system under extreme pressure, with staff at Gladstone Hospital raising alarm over maternity services going on bypass and that there was "no plan" in place.
