Paramedic fatally stabbed outside McDonald's in Sydney

Frontline workers across the country are in shock after the fatal stabbing of a paramedic in Sydney this morning. The 29-year-old was sitting in his ambulance when he fell victim to what police are calling a random and unprovoked attack.
