Margot Robbie has admitted that she thought the Barbie movie would never be made after seeing the script. <br />The first time I read the Barbie script, my reaction was, ‘Ah! This is so good. What a shame it will never see the light of day’, said Robbie. <br />Considering the hype around the movie, Robbie’s reaction may surprise some fans. <br />This is despite fans still being in the dark about the movie’s plot, and Robbie, who is also producing the movie, is not giving anything away. <br />The movie also stars Ryan Gosling as Ken, and there will also be various other Barbies and Kens, including Emma Mackey and Kingsley Ben-Adir. <br />Barbie releases on the same date as Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer starring Cillian Murphy, creating a box-office battle for the ages.
