Incensed by a recent intensive campaign in Tobago by licensing officers from Trinidad, Infrastructure Secretary Trevor James is alleging that the exercise was not in keeping with the Tobago House of Assembly Act.<br /><br /><br />James has written Works and Transport Minister Rohan Sinanan complaining that such a road traffic initiative cannot happen without collaboration with the Division of Infrastructure and is calling for discussions with Sinanan on the matter.<br /><br /><br />More in this Elizabeth Williams report.<br /><br />
