The Cebu City Hall held a groundbreaking ceremony for the three-meter easement project in Barangay Bulacao, Monday, April 24, 2023. The project is one effort of the City Hall to restore the City's major waterways.<br /><br />The area in Barangay Bulacao is the first to be developed as there is no longer structure standing in the area.
