A brand new hot chocolate shop has arrived in Manchester this weekend.<br /><br />Knoops, founded by Jens Knoop in 2013, opened on the corner of South King's Street and Cross Street in Manchester City Centre on Friday the 21st of April.<br /><br />With stores in places such as London, West Sussex and Cambridge, this is the first Knoops to open in the North.<br /><br />The unique hot chocolate shop was launched after Jens felt there was a gap in the market for fully-customisable drinking chocolate, and the company now serves 22 varieties of the beverage.<br /><br />The shop also allows customers to add flavours and experiment with different chocolate percentages in a process it calls 'Knoopology'.<br /><br />It also serves regular hot drinks such as coffee - which you can add chocolate to if you wish - and milkshakes.
