Chairman of the Sangre Grande Regional Corporation, Anil Juteram is withdrawing the blame he placed on the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management on Monday.<br /><br /><br />However, he is shifting that to his line Ministry, which is Rural Development and Local Government, as he claims there was a breakdown in communication concerning flood response.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
