Daniel Evans – the man who steered Chichester Festival Theatre through the worst moments of the pandemic – has enjoyed an emotional last day at the venue.<br />It will be a while, Daniel says, before it truly sinks in that he has left the festival theatre where he has been artistic director for the past seven seasons.<br />
