Harry Kane Reacts to Man Utd Fans Chanting His Name During the 2-2 Draw at Tottenham Stadium

Harry Kane has said that he is "focused" on finishing this season strongly with Tottenham Hotspur despite talk of a potential summer transfer to Manchester United.<br /><br />Kane has 14 months remaining on his current contract with Spurs.<br /><br />The 29-year-old is the club's all-time leading scorer with 274 goals in 430 appearances but he has still not won a major trophy.<br /><br />Many observers believe that a move to Old Trafford could help Kane to compete for the silverware he craves.<br /><br />United fans would love to see Kane join their club.<br /><br />Kane was named as the man of the match on Thursday night as Spurs fought back from 2-0 down to hold United to a 2-2 draw in north London.<br /><br />During the game, United supporters at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium sang: "Harry Kane, we'll see you in June."<br /><br />Speaking to BBC Sport after the game, Kane acknowledged that he had heard the chant.<br /><br />"I heard what they were saying but I'm just focused on this team and trying to finish strongly," he said.<br /><br />Kane also revealed that he and some other senior players had spoken to Spurs chairman Daniel Levy following last weekend's 6-1 defeat at Newcastle.<br /><br />Levy sacked interim manager Cristian Stellini 24 hours after that game and replaced him with Ryan Mason.<br /><br />Kane explained: "I think it was important [for Levy] to understand where the players' heads were at in that moment.<br /><br />"It was an honest conversation of where everyone is at and what we need to try to do to give us the best possible chance to finish the season with something."<br /><br />Thursday's draw with United left Spurs fifth in the Premier League table with five games remaining.<br /><br />Man United are six points better off in fourth place and have two games more than Spurs left to play.<br /><br />But Kane has not yet given up hope of a top-four finish.<br /><br />He added: "We're still fighting for fourth place but if it's not fourth, we'll try to finish fifth or sixth - as high up as we can.<br /><br />"In this league, it's so competitive, you can easily end up eighth or ninth if you're not careful. That's what it was - to give us the best chance and I'm glad we reacted like that.
