Instances of child sexual abuse rank high on the list of reports coming into the Children's Authority.<br /><br /><br />This was underscored as the launch and signing ceremony of the Residential Care Worker Training Programme.<br /><br /><br />The Authority is pleading with relatives of children in foster care to step up to the challenge of providing care for them.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
