Tobago records another murder, making it the sixth for the year.<br /><br /><br />The victim is Hakeem Thomas of Mt. Pleasant. He died at the Scarborough General Hospital following a drive-by shooting in Mt. Pleasant on Tuesday, one of a number of gun crimes on the island that has kept police officers busy.
