Dr. Ricardo Castrellon, Director of South Miami Hospital's Burn Center, says patients that lose 100 to 150 pounds of weight have had a procedure. He points out it is not only about following a diet, but working out, physical exercise and well-managed nutrition. <br /><br /> He explains working out has to be something that you do gradually, you start walking and increasing your physical activity. He recommends having lifestyle modification in order to lose weight.
