Hollywood icon Melanie Griffith was seen with bruises on her face and hand when in Beverly Hills on Thursday. <br /><br />The makeup-free movie star had just exited the upscale Melanie Grant skincare salon. <br /><br />The 65-year-old Working Girl actress has been open in the past about having dermabrasion - a laser treatment that helps remove cancer cells and can cause bruising - amid her battle with skin cancer.<br /><br />In 2018, the Los Angeles native - who was last seen with daughter Dakota Johnson in late April - told her Instagram followers that she relies on the procedure to help remove cancerous cells, in a bid to raise awareness of the dangers of sun damage. <br /><br />Griffith has been battling skin cancer since 2009 and has been seen several times in the past with bruises on her face from her treatments. <br />
