The Minister of Rural Development and Local Government says that the State has today received a final judgement in its civil lawsuit in the Piarco Airport project.<br /><br />The Minister - a former Attorney General - says the State has received a final judgement of close to one billion TT Dollars.<br /><br />He also says that while the defendants have up to 45 days to appeal, such an appeal would be separate from the State's pursuit of the enforcement of the judgement.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
