Chucklesome footage has surfaced from Baltimore, Maryland, which shows a mischievous Chihuahua feeling the music a bit too much. <br /><br />"One night, my husband was listening to Chris Brown and I was on my phone," the filmer, Rosie Brooks said while talking to WooGlobe. "That was when I happened to catch Bugg the Chihuahua humping Tyger’s (another dog owned by the filmer) leg to the beat of the music."<br /><br />One can tell by the pup's antics that he found the music too good not to shake a leg to it. <br /><br />Perhaps, the best way to describe his mood would be by quoting Justin Timberlake: <br /><br />"I can't stop the feelin'...
