As a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, you can get financial support through the Housing Development Board (HDB)’s schemes and subsidies.<br /><br /><br />HDB has grants available to help you with financing your home. As a first-timer applicant, you may apply for the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant scheme, which offers up to $80,000 for families and $40,000 for singles. This grant is applicable for the purchase of new or resale HDB flats.<br /><br />Under the CPF Housing Grant scheme, you may receive up to $80,000 in grants to purchase a resale flat. First-timer families buying a 2- to 4-room flat may receive up to $80,000, while first-timer singles can receive up to $40,000 for a 2- to 4-room flat. <br /><br />Additionally, if your parents or child are going to live in the resale flat you intend to buy, you can enjoy up to $30,000 under the Proximity Housing Grant scheme.<br />
