Meet the three-year-old surfer who is riding waves better than his mum.<br /><br />Krew Kent, three, has been surfing assisted since he was just one - with the assistance of his mum and dad, Britnee, 26, and Connor, 29, an social media influencer.<br /><br />But six months ago, in December 2022, the three-year-old took the plunge and started standing on the board and catching waves on his own.<br /><br />Britnee says her tot is "a natural" and their family head to the beach every day for Krew to hone his skills.<br /><br />Britnee, a social media influencer, from Oahu, Hawaii, US, said: "We have been surfing with Krew since he was a year old.<br /><br />"Recently, he wanted to do it on his own.<br /><br />"Six weeks ago, he started surfing on his own.<br /><br />"He is naturally gifted, better than me already - he has taken off with it.<br /><br />"It is such a fun activity. We all love going down to the beach and surfing.<br /><br />"We have a younger son, Banks, two, and we are getting him started on the board with us too."<br /><br />Britnee and Connor have been surfing since they moved to Hawaii from Utah, US, seven years ago.<br /><br />The mum-of-two admits Connor is a "much better surfer" than her but their passion for the sport has rubbed off on their two children - who love being on the water.<br /><br />Britnee said: "We spend almost every day down at the beach.<br /><br />"I think Krew loves the independence of being out on the water on his own.<br /><br />"He seriously eats, breathes and sleeps surfing.<br /><br />"Instead of waking up and asking for cartoons like most kids, he will wake up and ask to watch videos of people surfing."<br /><br />Krew got his first board aged two and would spend most of his time crashing into the water instead of staying on the board.<br /><br />Britnee said: "He has always loved the waves, as a baby I would swim with him as his dad surfs.<br /><br />"He really loves it, at first he was all about the crash and wanted to fall off but now he is going strength to strength.<br /><br />"Krew's longest wave is 100 metres long.<br /><br />"He is so happy when he is in the water, I would definitely say it is our family's favourite hobby to do together."
