Big business holiday homeowners and landlords will bear the brunt of the Victorian government's debt repayment plan set-out in a high-taxing state budget today. Billions have been awarded to health and education, but the savings must come from somewhere so, under a 10-year COVID repayment plan up to 4-thousand bureaucrats will face the sack.
