A woman captured the moment her boyfriend exploded with joy when he saw her without braces for the first time.<br /><br />Heather Messina, 20, picked up her boyfriend after she had just been to the dentist and decided to surprise him. <br /> <br />A video shows Kyle Skiffington, 23, sitting in the passenger seat and Heather showing off her new smile, to Kyle's great surprise. <br /><br />He can be heard saying: "Oh sh*t! Oh my gosh, baby!"<br /><br />The couple, who live in Florida, have been together for one year and Kyle had never seen Heather without braces, which prompted the huge reaction.<br /><br />Heather, who is originally Connecticut, had braces for "four long years" because of her "crooked teeth."<br /><br />She said: "I had no idea he was going to freak out as much as he did. He was totally shocked and had no idea.<br /><br />"He made me feel like a million bucks. I am such lucky girl and he truly made me feel special."<br /><br />Heather had managed to hide the appointment card from the dentist so Kyle would have no idea.<br /><br />Heather, who works as a waitress, said: "I hid the card they gave me for the day of the appointment for a month so he wouldn’t ask when I was getting them off when the appointment came up.<br /><br />"I told him I was getting fitted for my retainers but little did he know I was getting them off."<br /><br />The footage was captured on March 29.
