While addressing the India Nepal Business Summit CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) on June 1, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said that India believes to have a responsibility to its friends in the global south like Nepal, hence, it will continue to perceiver its effort that both Nepal-India prosper. <br /><br />He said, “India believes it has a responsibility to our friends in the global south. We believe it is necessary for all of us to work together, the developing nations such as Nepal-India, to ensure and protect the interest of less developed countries and developing countries. India wishes to be the force of global good.” <br /><br />“We will continue to perceiver our effort that both nations prosper and this relationship becomes a truly defining moment in the history of Nepal and India,” he added.
