What’s On Glasgow: Upcoming festivals

The city’s newest festival, The Reeling, is taking place at Rouken Glen Park on 10 and 11 June. <br /><br />The event is set to showcase traditional Scottish dance and music, with a variety of local folk acts on the lineup including Breaback, the Peatbog Fairies, Blazin’ Fiddles, Siobhan Miller and more. <br /><br />The Southside festival has been described by its organisers has a celebration of Scottish culture, creativity and community.<br /><br />Next, King Tut’s has just announced the lineup for this year’s Summer Nights which will be taking place between 13 July and 26 August. <br /><br />Four emerging local bands are on the lineup each night, providing audiences the opportunity to listen to something new and support Glasgow’s vibrant music scene. <br /><br />Headliners include Cara McBride, Wine Moms, Dazed and Confused, Rodeo Club and more. <br /><br />And finally, TRNSMT is returning to Glasgow Green from the weekend beginning 7 July.<br /><br />This year’s headliners include Pulp, George Ezra, Niall Horgan, Sam Fender, Mimi Webb, Becky Hill and the 1975.<br /><br />It is arguably the biggest event in Glasgow’s music calendar with over 50,000 attendees.
