The Works and Transport Minister says designs have been completed and the first set of tenders should be closed within a week or so for a permanent solution to the collapsed portion of the Mayaro to Manzanilla Road.<br /><br />He says closing the road is not an option.<br /><br />The Minister was responding to questions from the media about complaints from Manzanilla taxi drivers....as he visited the site of other road works in Gasparillo on Thursday.
