A woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was stabbed to death at a bus stop in Birmingham.<br /><br />Police and paramedics dashed to Hunters Road near Hockley Circus in the city at 8pm on Monday (12/6) but the victim died at the scene.<br /><br />A woman, 37, was arrested on suspicion of murder a short time later, along with a man, 43, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.<br /><br />Detective Inspector Michelle Thurgood, of West Midlands Police, said: “We're working hard to establish exactly what happened and why, and really need to hear from anyone<br />who was in the area at the time.<br /><br />"We believe there were people in the area at the time who saw what happened but have not yet been in touch with us.<br /><br />“It’s vital that they call us as soon as possible."<br /><br />The dead man’s family have been informed and forensic teams were photographed conducting a fingertip search of the scene on Tuesday, June 12)
