Footage shows troops gathering at a firing range in Japan after a trainee killed two people.<br /><br />The 18-year-old cadet was detained on the spot and arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, police said.<br /><br />They allege the male shooter fired eight times at instructors during a drill in Gifu on Wednesday 14 June.<br /><br />A 25-year-old man was among those killed, and details about the other victims, in their 20s and 50s, are not yet known.<br /><br />They were all instructors at the facility, authorities said.<br /><br />Japan’s Ground Self-Defence Force said the suspect had joined in April.
