The perfect spotter may or may not exist, but they are definitely not featured in this hilarious fail video!<br /><br />Shared by Ryan Paul Tabanao, this clip shows him bench-pressing two dumbbells (70 lbs each). Spotting him is his friend, Mark<br />Higida, who almost does a great job... ALMOST!<br /><br />As soon as the set is finished, Mark immediately lets go of Ryan instead of assisting him in putting the weights down, causing the latter to fall off the bench. <br /><br />"I asked my friend to spot me because managing 70 lbs in each hand is very difficult," Ryan told WooGlobe. "When I was about to put it down, my leg suddenly slipped, which caused me to fall down.
