Usually, employees with support from their Trade Unions take their employers to Court. Well, the tables have turned, as a former TSTT employee has taken the Communications Workers Union to Court.<br /><br /><br />The man alleges there was a lack of representation. Meanwhile, the CWU reveals that it is presently representing the same man in a matter at the Industrial Court against TSTT.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
