CANNES — It’s “thicc bitch” o’clock.<br /><br />Lizzo blew the roof off the Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc when she took the stage at iHeartMedia and MediaLink’s exclusive executive dinner Tuesday night in Antibes, France.<br /><br />The 35-year-old musician performed an hour-long set that included her hits “Truth Hurts,” “Juice” and “About Damn Time.”<br /><br />She was briefly joined onstage by comedian Tiffany Haddish, who twerked with the headliner.<br /><br />
