O restaurante peruano Central, dos chefs Virgilio Martínez e Pía León, foi eleito o 'melhor restaurante do mundo' pela influente lista "50 Best Restaurants" da revista Restaurant. O brasileiro A Casa do Porco ficou em 12º lugar.
