Simpsons fans are claiming that the iconic show has again predicted the future after an episode aired in 2006 appears to show a submarine close to the Titanic.<br /><br />It is not the first time the iconic animation has seemingly predicted historical events before they even happened – including Donald Trump's 2024 presidential run and the death of Queen Elizabeth II.<br /><br />But many have now pointed out that the episode, produced by Mike Reiss, has uncanny comparisons to the missing Titan submarine – as the Coast Guard confirmed that debris has been found in the area it vanished.<br /><br />Reiss himself took a trip in the missing OceanGate sub, long after the episode was created and aired.<br /><br />Season 17's 10th episode, titled 'Homer's Paternity Coot,' shows Homer Simpson reconnecting with his long-lost father Mason Fairbanks, who salvages lost treasures from the sea.<br /><br />
