The Prime Minister says that this country is now in arbitration talks with a contractor from China who wants US$300 million for work done on the aluminium smelter project which was scrapped by the People's Partnership administration.<br /><br />The Prime Minister spoke on the matter during the presentation of his party's candidates for the upcoming Local Govenment Election.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
