A huge tornado ripped through suburban areas in Indiana damaging homes and other buildings.<br /><br />The tornadic storm made its way across the state and its path of destruction has left at least one dead.<br /><br />A video shows the twister picking up debris as it makes its way through Greenwood, Indianapolis, USA, on June 25.<br /><br />The Greenwood Fire Department said on Facebook: "Please stay clear of areas affected by this evening's weather as many areas around Johnson County have tornado damage. <br /><br />"Emergency and Utility crews are working to secure any areas with damage. <br /><br />"Drive with caution and plan alternate routes as some roads may be closed. <br /><br />"Do Not drive around any Road Closed signs or road barricades."<br /><br />The Red Cross has made itself available to communities affected by the storm after at least 16,000 homes were left without power.
