Putin says Russia dodged civil war during Wagner revolt<br /><br />Speaking to troops from Russia's military and security services gathered at the Kremlin, President Vladimir Putin tells them they halted a slide into civil war when Wagner mercenaries rebelled and marched on Moscow.
