Spec-tail-cular footage has surfaced of a cake artist making and decorating a stunning mermaid cake. <br /><br />The cake in question is a Speculoos caramel special in which slices of bread are stacked on top of each other with a sumptuous cheese filling between every two pieces. <br /><br />Once the stacking part is done, the filmer, Marie Desrumaux, covers the delight in vanilla cream, before glamming it up using cute mermaid designs. <br /><br />"This was my niece's birthday cake," Marie wrote online.
