Shania Twain, 57, FALLS onstage during Illinois concert... but makes a quick recovery and keeps singing<br /><br />Five-time Grammy winner Shania Twain slipped and fell during her sold-out concert at Credit Union 1 Amphitheater in Tinley Park, IL on Saturday.<br /><br />Shania (born Eilleen Edwards) was strutting across the stage during her third song in the setlist when her right foot skid and she wound up on her rear end.<br /><br />But Twain didn't miss a lyric and kept singing the song as she got back up and gingerly tested the friction of the slippery spot where she fell.<br /><br />Eyewitnesses told TMZ on Sunday that 'the packed crowd did not react when Shania took her spill' because she continued on with the show without issue.
