Russian President Vladimir Putin met in the Kremlin with Raisat Akipova from Dagestan, who was upset that she could not see the president in Derbent, RIA Novosti reports.<br />Putin said that he was shown a photo of a girl where she was crying, after which he decided to invite her with her parents to Moscow.<br />“Since I can’t travel often from Moscow myself, I decided to invite you with mom and dad,” he said.<br />Vladimir Putin met in the Kremlin with a girl from Derbent who dreamed of seeing him.
