Joe Biden met with King Charles III at Windsor Castle as part of a whistle-stop visit to the UK on Monday 10 July.<br /><br />The US president was in Britain for less than 24 hours before a Nato summit in Lithuania.<br /><br />President Biden was welcomed by the King in Windsor Castle's quadrangle where a guard of honour was waiting nearby.<br /><br />Prime Minister Rishi Sunak also welcomed President Biden to 10 Downing Street earlier in the day.<br /><br />The two leaders held talks on, amongst other things, the war in Ukraine and America's recent announcement that it is sending cluster bombs to Kyiv.
