One of the senior police officers who attended yesterday's National Security Council subcommittee meeting says it was a meeting of the minds to see how best law enforcement could protect persons from crime.<br /><br />The meeting was convened by the Prime Minster who chairs the National Security Council.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
