This is the heartwarming moment a Rottweiler stuck under a shed was rescued by police officers in Texas. The 95lb energetic pooch Roxie had been chasing a possum but accidentally trapped herself under the floor panels of the family's shed in North Richland Hills on July 9.The owners found the hapless pooch peeking out from the wood, and called the North Richland Hills Police Department (NRHPD) for assistance.Bodycam footage shows the officers using a crowbar and a saw to pry loose the wooden floorboards while a panting Roxie poked her head out from the opening.Roxie was safely reunited with her owners after 30 minutes. In a statement, the NRHPD said: 'Late in the evening of July 9th, Roxie the Rottweiler's owner called the North Richland Hills Joint Communication Center to report that the 95-pound dog was stuck under a shed. Roxie is believed to have chased a possum when she found herself wedged underneath the shed.'Officer Saunders, quickly followed by Officer Allday, arrived at the Payte Ln. address to find that there was no way to coax the dog out from the way she went in, and the only option was to begin sawing away at the shed to free her. After nearly 30 minutes of carefully sawing and prying the flooring away around the dog, Roxie was freed.'Other than being hot and a little worked up from being stuck, Roxie is reportedly doing ok.'
