One person was killed and nine others injured after a cylinder blast at a restaurant in the Middle Bazaar area of Shimla City on July 18. <br /><br />Initially, ten people were injured and were rushed to the hospital at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) in Shimla. <br /><br />However, one of them succumbed to his injuries.<br /><br />“Out of the 10 injured people, one person has lost his life during the treatment. An investigation is underway. I will not be able to share much detail on it,” said SP Shimla, Sanjay Kumar Gandhi.<br />
