Dinosaurs are taking over Heaton Park this summer. <br /><br />From July 20 until August 6, 'Dinosaurs in the Park' is coming to one of the largest parks in the North West to make this a summer holiday to remember for families.<br /><br />40 life-sized realistic animatronic dinosaurs from the Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous periods come to life and provide a truly immersive experience.<br /><br />Take a walk back in time along the dinosaur trail and Stop off for some fun activities at the interactive zone, where you can take a look at some fossils, grab a bite to eat or take a ride on the ferris wheel.<br /><br />We went down to explore the trail on opening day and take a closer look at these huge dinosaurs!
