The Finance Minister says one of the amendments debated in the House of Representatives on Wednesday for Public Procurement and the Disposal of Public Property Act to exempt the procurement of goods and services up to one million dollars will not be a free-for-all.<br /><br />The Opposition Leader told the Lower House that issues of supplies in some government offices had been occurring before the full proclamation of the Act in April.<br /><br />Our Political Editor Juhel Browne reports.
