Govt launches employment program for communities<br /><br />Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Acting Chairman Romando Artes and Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma sign a memorandum of agreement (MoA) launching the government's TUPAD program in Pasig City on Friday, July 21, 2023.
