Dramatic footage shows the moment a man managed to disarm a knife-wielding thug after being stabbed in the middle of a busy city street.<br />The pair can be seen wrestling on the ground along Slade Road, in Erdington, Birmingham - which previously made headlines for being "Britain's roughest street".<br />Shockingly, nobody does anything to help as pedestrians simply watch on and cars drive past as the terrifying scenes unfold.
